With so many incredible instructors we want to give everyone the opportunity for as many (or few) sessions as they want. We'll provide detail at the course of the options available at each session, they will include traditional and competition kumite and kata, weapons (taught by licensed weapons instructors), grappling and jiu jitsu, strength and conditioning and also a separate group for the tiny kids.
In previous years we have held Tai Chi classes (also offered to family members not enrolled in the course), knife defence, sai, butterfly sword and sports strapping (by a qualified sports trainer with extensive NRL experience). You can indicate your interest in a variety of options on the online entry form.
